LLF’s FLN Public Goods Resources

With over 26 lakh teachers shaping the future of 12 crore children, having access to high-quality, structured learning materials is essential. Yet, finding the right resources—especially for foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) in Hindi—can be a challenge.

To address this, LLF’s FLN Pitara (a collection of FLN resources) brings together teaching and learning material under one platform, in not just English, but also in Hindi. The platform also enables teachers to access state-specific FLN materials in one place.

This open-access platform brings together two key categories of resources:

1

State Government Publications in collaboration with LLF

The platform houses resources developed in collaboration with various state governments that include:

  • Grade-wise Workbooks
  • Teacher Guides

LLF has partnered with state governments of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Odisha, and Jharkhand, to develop and refine these resources.

Additional LLF Resources for Teachers and Children

We have developed a range of high-quality materials specifically for teachers and students, ensuring they have access to well-structured and effective teaching-learning. These resources include:

  • Teacher Training Modules
  • Classroom Videos
  • Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs)

These materials are aligned with the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage 2022 (NCF-FS 2022), ensuring that they are relevant, research-based, and impactful in improving foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes.
