Over the past 14 years, Vikas has worked extensively in teacher education, curriculum development, and assessment. He has also developed various competency frameworks for capacity-building initiatives for stakeholders in education. He is passionate about change in education for a just, equitable, and sustainable society.

Being a postgraduate in Social Work, he is interested in bringing about social change through quality education. He is an engineering graduate.
