Tushar Pundir boasts 11 years of extensive experience collaborating with both governmental bodies and burgeoning start-ups across the realms of education, youth development, and Cloud Telephony.

At STIR Education, he spearheaded their flagship “Teacher Development Coordinator program” in close partnership with SCERT Delhi, spanning across all DOE schools. As a pivotal member of the country’s leadership team, he played a crucial role in establishing the India Regional hub, ensuring the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

During his tenure in the field of cloud telephony, Tushar collaborated closely with the Ministry of Telecom and BSNL. He crafted the conceptual framework of the Remote Teleworking Centre of Excellence, aiding numerous SMEs in adapting to the new normal through remote teleworking, thus enhancing productivity.

At Peepul, Tushar worked closely with the senior leadership team on the ‘SDMC Parivartan program,’ with a keen focus on Technology, Administrative, DOE alignment, and Parental Engagement reforms, providing vital support to the Project Management Unit.

Before joining LLF, Tushar led Medha’s systemic reform efforts on employability outcomes with the Departments of Higher Education and Technical Education, headquartered in Panchkula. He was entrusted with overseeing six workstreams and served as the key liaison for their funder JP Morgan Chase, ensuring regular tracking of project milestones and deliverables.

In his leisure time, Tushar indulges in playing basketball and spending quality moments with pets.
