Sunil Bagwan is working as a Senior Specialist- FLN in Chhattisgarh He is associated with LLF as a consultant since 2017.

He has been working in the development sector especially in the area of elementary education for the last 20 years. His portfolio of assignments includes engagement in teaching in marginalised communities, managing educational projects in tribal and rural areas of central India, developing instructional design and teaching learning material, developing courses for teachers and academic coordinators’ professional development, liaising with Govt. departments and NGOs.

During his professional journey, he has worked with various organisations like Eklavya, Muskaan, Lokmitra, Digantar and Azim Premji Foundation. His focus has been on FLN pedagogy, design and implementation of large-scale programs for teacher professional development.
