With six years of professional experience, Sourabh embarked on his organisational journey with the Samavesh Organization. Initially serving as a Block Coordinator in Rama Block of Jhabua district, he actively participated in the District Level Educational Leadership and Supportive Supervision Programme. Collaborating closely with Block Level Educational Coordinators, Jan Educators, and Primary and Secondary school teachers, Sourabh facilitated training sessions aimed at enhancing their proficiency in language and mathematics subjects. Additionally, he played a vital role in raising awareness among the school management community and parents about their responsibilities towards the school.

Following his four-year tenure with Samavesh Organization, Sourabh transitioned to a role as a trainer in Burhanpur, in partnership with CEQUE organisation. Here, he continued his commitment to providing academic support to teachers in language and mathematics subjects under the Foundation Literacy and Numeracy program. One year later, he assumed the position of Junior Pedagogue, where he successfully trained 500 teachers from Indore and Burhanpur districts in language and mathematics.

His primary strengths include a deep understanding of language and mathematics subjects, effective communication with education and administrative departments, proficient data management, and adept team management skills.
