Shveta Lall is an education professional with over 18 years of experience in the sector. At LLF, she leads two major units – the Continuous Professional Development and the Demo Support Team. She is also a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) at LLF. Shveta is a strong advocate for continuous professional development for all education functionaries, not just limited to teachers. She has extensive experience in designing and facilitating context-based face-to-face workshops and training sessions for more than 5000 government and non-government stakeholders. She has also successfully designed and executed 38 blended and online professional development courses in four different languages, reaching over 2.5 Lakh (250,000) primary school teachers and more than 20,000 teacher educators across eight states in India. She has a strong program-based background focused on early childhood education and development, foundational literacy, curriculum planning, and implementation. She also has sound knowledge of educational theories, curriculum development, instructional design, and the latest research (in India and abroad) in the field of early language and literacy. Her role has evolved from that of building and leading the CPD department to contributing to the growth and expansion of the organisation. Shveta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in English.
