Shiv Lal Yadav is working as the District Academic Coordinator in the FLN program in Kurukshetra, Haryana. He holds a B.A. degree from Rajasthan University and an M.A. degree in Hindi. He has also obtained a B.Ed degree from Jammu University. He has 15 years of experience in the field of education. During this time, he has been proficient in working with school systems and communities in Jaipur, serving on the Bodh Education Committee, and the Transfer Education and Sports Committee, and collaborating with academic and community members. Shiv Lal is well-versed in educational methodologies and principles, FLN, evaluation, and teacher training. His past experiences include working as a teacher, resource teacher, cluster coordinator, block coordinator, and district support fellow, and collaborating with learning centres, SMCs, PTMs, and libraries.

Shiv Lal is passionate about training teachers and bringing about changes in classrooms through innovative means. He is capable of establishing good coordination with officials to ensure effective changes.
