Sana brings 15 years of expertise to her role as a Fundraiser, leveraging a wealth of experience in nonprofit fundraising. With a proven track record of success, she has established herself as a dynamic force in building meaningful relationships with HNWI donors, Corporates, and Foundations with a deep understanding of her domain. She has crafted strategic fundraising plans and steered comprehensive fundraising and communications strategies.
As the Associate Director of Fundraising at Language and Learning Foundation, Sana collaborates closely with the development team and other key members of the leadership team to drive the organisational mission. Her primary focus lies in building donor relations and executing effective fundraising strategies and plans with an effort to not only meet but exceed expectations and contribute significantly to the organization’s growth and impact.
Sana’s professional journey spans diverse and impactful assignments, including roles at renowned organisations such as CARE India, CRY- Child Rights and You, Serendipity Arts Foundation, The Lawrence School, Sanawar.
A native of Delhi, Sana received a bachelor’s degree from Hindu College, Delhi University, followed by a master’s in social work from Jamia Millia Islamia. This academic foundation, combined with her extensive practical experience, positions Sana as a well-rounded professional capable of navigating the complex landscape of nonprofit fundraising with finesse and dedication. In her personal time, Sana likes to engage in artistic expression and spends time with her 12 cats.
