Ramesh Chandra is working as Director, Academics for LLF. Ramesh has been working in the field of primary education since 2004. His core areas of expertise are program implementation, curriculum development and assessments for early literacy programs. He has spearheaded developing program implementation guidelines, instruction design, instruction materials, story books, assessment strategies and assessment tools for reading improvement programs.

He has been associated with Room to Read and Bihar Education Project Council in the past. He is a postgraduate in elementary education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
