Rajinder Singh’s journey in the field of education is quite impressive and impactful. His diverse experience spanning nearly two decades showcases his dedication to improving the quality of education, especially in primary and elementary levels, within Punjab and Haryana, India. From his early roles in government programs like ICT, SSA, and RMSA to his significant contributions in the CSR/non-profit sector with the Satya Bharti School Program of Bharti Foundation, Rajinder has demonstrated a keen focus on driving positive change.

Transitioning from roles at the American India Foundation Trust to Bharti Airtel Foundation, Rajinder continued to hone his skills as an Academic Trainer, working extensively in areas such as DIET and School Teacher Training, content development, assessment, monitoring, mentoring, and evaluation. His postgraduate degree in Computer Science, coupled with his training experience, has equipped him with a holistic understanding of educational issues, particularly early literacy and ICT optimization.

Currently serving as the State Academic Coordinator and a core member of the State Core Academic team for Language and Learning Foundation in Haryana, Rajinder is deeply immersed in various educational initiatives, including academic support, system reform, FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy), assessments, and teacher training. His passion for content development, teacher training, and system reform underscores his commitment to making a meaningful impact in the education sector.
