Rahmdeen has been associated with the field of education in the state of Haryana for the last 12 years. Apart from an M.A. in History and a B.Ed degree from Kurukshetra University, he has also completed an M.Phil in History from MM University Mullana. Presently, he is serving as a consultant in district Panchkula with LLF.

He worked for one year as a lecturer in History in the Education Department in Haryana, seven years as a Master Trainer in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Haryana, one year as a lecturer in History at Maharana Pratap National College Mullana, and for one year at White Lotus NGO in District Mewat (Haryana) as the District Coordinator.

Additionally, he served one year as an Academic Associate in SARD NGO, and three years with Aparajita Foundation as a Master Trainer in Haryana. During this period, his field of work has primarily been education and children.

During his work visits with various organisations, he has worked on topics such as the promotion of education, community participation, School Management Committee Training, Life Skills, the Right to Education Act, the New Education Policy, Swachh Bharat Mission, etc.
