Prashant brings in a great combination of corporate leadership and a successful entrepreneurial career over 2.5 decades. The recent ~13 years have seen him in an entrepreneurial role, building a ‘for-profit impact’ organisation from a 0 to 1 scale within K-12 education/skill development/ vocational training to taking the entity’s valuation to ~ INR 120 crores over ~ 7 years. Building on future-ready children, whole child education in-school curriculum-based programs within the boundaries of sports for development/inclusion, girl child development, addressing school dropout rates, socio-emotional, ethical learning(SEEL) away from sports for championships!
His key areas of expertise and learning have been within growth-led challenges and their management– sustainable change management, organisational & leadership development, applying design thinking principles to setting up systems, bringing top-down and bottom-up design optimisations leading to systemic transformation to medium and large-scale governance spaces within central and state governments led institutions, while looking at strategic collaborations, fundraising and marketing. Additionally, he possesses wholesome experiences in new programmatic design knowledge at age-appropriate levels.
He has held senior leadership positions with Piramal Foundation as a Consulting – Project Director and within NASSCOM Foundation as a Senior Consulting Advisor in taking systems-led solutions and programs within K K K-12 schools and on various literacy and skill development programs respectively, to multiple state governments and at central level too.
He has also been associated with academia as adjunct faculty and a mentor to multiple incubation/accelerators within – Ambedkar University, NIFT, Delhi Entrepreneurial Skills University (DESU), Craft and Development Institute, Srinagar and FORE School of Management (alma mater).
