Pradeep has accumulated a total of 8+ years of exposure and experience in the field of education. He demonstrates efficiency in handling a diverse range of activities, from classroom practices to collaborating with program teams and supporting them in planning, implementation, and monitoring related interventions, teacher training, community engagement, reporting, documentation, and government liaising. Pradeep exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal liaison and problem-solving abilities, enabling him to thrive in multicultural environments.

Pradeep hails from Khatima (US Nagar), Uttarakhand, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kumaun University, Nainital, earned in 2010. He completed his Post Graduation Degree (MA in Political Science) from Kumaun University in 2012 and obtained his B.Ed. degree from the same university in 2013. Since June 2016, Pradeep has been actively involved in Early Literacy projects with organisations such as Room to Read India Trust, Sampark Foundation, and Language and Learning Foundation. His experience includes developing government liaising/linkages skills through interactions with government officials at various levels, including the District Education Department and Block Level Education Officer. Additionally, Pradeep possesses 2 years of teaching experience with Gurukul Academy School in Khatima, US Nagar.
