Ompal Dumolia is working as Senior District Manager with LLF on the FLN program in Haryana. He has been working in the field of social development for 25 years with organisations such as Bodh Shiksha Samiti, Kaivalya Education Foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, and the Institute of Development Studies. His expertise lies in rendering academic support in the classroom for change in government schools, module development for primary teachers, teacher training, team building, liaising with the government, and project management. He has trained primary teachers in Haryana, Rajasthan, and West Bengal under Samagra Shikha, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and the Department of Elementary Education.

Ompal believes that the teaching process in the classroom should be such that it helps improve learning and fosters child-centric education. He is a postgraduate in Sociology from the University of Rajasthan.
