Nitesh comes with six years of experience in the elementary education sector and three years of experience in livelihood projects. At LLF, Nitesh plays a pivotal role in implementing effective data management policies, supporting literacy assessment tools development, and facilitating donor reporting structures.

Nitesh has a Master’s degree in Chemistry from MATS University, Raipur, a Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed) from Atal Bihari Bajpai University Bilaspur and a PGDCA from Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. His expertise lies in academic support, support in capacity building and training, outcome-based instruction design and MLE pedagogy.
