With a Master’s degree in Social Work and a six years of experience in the education system, Manoj is dedicated to fostering positive change in the sector.

Manoj’s expertise lies in training, classroom observation, and community improvement. Prior to his tenure as a Block Academic Coordinator, Mohar spent three years as a teacher in a private school, honing his pedagogical skills and nurturing young minds. However, his passion for effecting systemic change led him to transition into the public sector. From 2011 until September 2023, Mohar served the government in various capacities across multiple districts, contributing to programs such as the Graded Learning Program, Mission Inspiration, and FLN.His responsibilities encompassed a spectrum of tasks, from conducting training sessions at the divisional level to collaborating with district officials on data analysis and program innovation.
