Meeta Sharma is an experienced Finance and Grant professional with over 20 years of experience in finance, grants, and accounting. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring and has significantly contributed to healthcare projects in India.
Her expertise lies in budgeting, grants and finance management, donor reporting and compliance, capacity building for finance and non-finance staff, auditing for grants, statutory requirements, internal processes, and risk management, financial planning, reporting, and process management, compliance with statutory regulations, banking, and related tasks, as well as understanding the requirements of the program team and partner management.
Before her current role, she held several managerial positions (Finance and Grants) at National Health Mission, where she was responsible for managing an impressive budget of over 1500 crore annually for Rajasthan State.
