Keshan’s role involves assisting the District Training Groups in Bhadohi to ensure the effective implementation of our program in Bhadohi, as well as building the capacity of government resource persons at the district and block level through capacity building programs and academic technical assistance. His other responsibilities include implementing frameworks for the support of teachers in school by government resource persons and the LLF team, as well as an evaluation framework at the district level to measure impact and track student learning outcomes.
He is passionate about program management, educational pedagogy, child rights, advocacy and community development in resource-poor settings. He is a graduate in Education with a postgraduate degree in Hindi Literature.
