Kartik is a development professional with 20 years of hands-on experience working in education, gender parity, STEM education, governance, health, skill development, capacity building, advocacy and rights issues. He has completed his MA in Sociology from Pondicherry University and an MBA in operations from Sikkim Manipal University. He comes with experience of working with organisations like The Medics, CASA, Room to Read and People for Action. His expertise lies in large scale educational program implementation with strategic planning and execution (Implementation calendars, Budgeting, Human Resources) with standard of replicability & sustainability. His thrust area has been coordination with senior government officers (State Project Director and Principal Secretary) as well as field level government officials. His ability to build strong interpersonal relations, time management and process orientation, have been pivotal in effective program management.

He has facilitated teacher training and added value in developing learning content for both students and teachers keeping structured pedagogy outlines as per NCF and NEP 2020.
