Jitesh has a proven track record of over 13-years in managing large-scale social programs, result driven projects and outcomes-based funding bond projects. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University, Karnataka. He possesses strong operational skills, including program management, budgeting and grant partner engagement.
Currently, as the Senior Program Manager at Language and Learning Foundation, he strategically plans and executes interventions for early literacy learning under the flagship initiative NIPUN Bharat Mission across multiple states. In his role, he nurtures government partnerships, ensures timely reporting and embraces modern methodologies for quality-driven results; with extensive experience of collaborating with government bodies, technical/academic partners, UN agencies and other CSO’s. He also excels in IT skills, including PowerBI, Infogram, SPSS and GIS.
In the past, he has worked with Bharti Foundation, Pratham Education Foundation and DevInfo among other organisations to positively impact rural and marginal populations across 22 States/UTs in India and 17 countries internationally. In his free time, he loves to explore new places, learn about different cultures and cook food for his family.
