Hindolee brings a nuanced understanding of sociolinguistics and field linguistics to her role at Language and Learning Foundation (LLF), where she plays a key role in developing and enhancing LLF’s Multilingual Education Programs.
With an M.A. in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, her approach is enriched by extensive research and fieldwork, especially in the educational settings of Adivasi communities. Hindolee’s analytical skills and her deep insights into language, education policy, sociological issues, and climate change have been recognized at international conferences and in her published works. At LLF, she focuses on improving language education, leveraging her experience to bridge the gap between linguistic theory and practical educational solutions.
In her free time, Hindolee likes spending time with her cats, reading, playing her musical instruments, painting, and hiking in nature.
