Harish Sharma is working as a Literacy Specialist at Language and Learning Foundation in Haryana. With a rich experience spanning over 20 years in the field of education, he has held various roles across different institutions. During his tenure at Digantar Shiksha Evam Khel Kud Samiti, he was actively involved in teaching and learning activities with primary school children.

As a literacy coach at Room to Read India, Harish gained valuable experience working alongside government school teachers in two districts of Uttarakhand, namely Dehradun and Champawat. Currently, he is collaborating with the Language and Learning Foundation, where his responsibilities include content development, module creation, training facilitation, and capacity building of the internal team.

Harish’s expertise extends to enhancing teacher understanding on FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) and increasing the capacity of mentors to improve the learning outcomes of children. He has played a crucial role in developing modules and educational materials aimed at enhancing the overall learning experience.
