Gulab has been working in the primary education sector for 16 years. His work experience in the past includes being a Shiksha Prerak, Cluster Coordinator, Block Coordinator, and working with Girls Learning Centers, SMC, PTM, Library, and Bal Sansad in IBTADA.

With 16 years of experience working in multiple school systems and expertise working with academics and the community. Gulab is well-versed in systems reform, methodology, and theory of teaching language and mathematics to primary-level children, FLN, assessment, and teacher training. He has worked on leadership skills with youth and assisted in spreading awareness about education in many communities. Currently, he is working with LLF as a District Academic Coordinator in the Kurukshetra district under the NIPUN Haryana Mission Program and DIB support to Implement FLN. He holds an MA degree in History from Rajasthan University.

Gulab is passionate about making a difference in the field of education by training teachers and working in the classroom. Gulab can improve the system by influencing teachers and officials with his understanding and work.
