Dileep comes with 11 years of experience in the primary education system. His expertise lies in liaising, coordination, and people management. Dileep has worked with organisations like Piramal Foundation, Shiv Nadar Foundation, Sarthak Educational Trust for program implementation and management in the past.

Dileep has a Bachelor’s Degree in law from Faculty of Law( Delhi University), and a Master’s degree in Sociology. He has also done a PG Diploma in Rural Development and YOGA Science.

In his free time, Dileep loves reading about social & education systems, composing poetry and travelling.
