With a background in development and a passion for effecting positive change in education, Arti has been instrumental in managing educational programs aimed at strengthening the educational landscape of the country. In her current position, Arti focuses on the academic aspects of ECE projects in Haryana, ensuring effective curriculum development, training, and project management. Previously, she played a key role in the Nipun Bharat Haryana Project, where she enhanced stakeholders’ capabilities and supported ICDS workers through training sessions and curriculum development. Collaborating with organisations like the JRF, Arti extends her efforts to empower artisans through orientation programs. Additionally, she led initiatives to establish libraries in government schools and street centres, impacting the learning outcomes of thousands of children. At Pratham Education Foundation, Arti focused on enrolling out-of-school children into the formal education system, resulting in over 7,500 children joining across 300 Bridge Course centres in Jaipur. With her diverse experiences and unwavering dedication, Arti Sharma continues to be a driving force in Early Childhood Education, positively impacting the lives of children and communities, and showcasing the transformative power of education.
