Aparajita Verma is a development sector professional with 3+ years of work experience. She began her professional journey as a teacher in a junior school, where she discovered her passion for empowering individuals through education. This led her to join a non-profit organisation dedicated to the welfare of tribal and slum children in Chandauli, where she served as a Child Skill Development Officer. During this time, I developed program management and community engagement skills while pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree alongside. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology through distance learning alongside a regular job.
