Adarsh Tiwari grew up in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, in a business background family. He started his career with a two-year residential fellowship journey with the Piramal Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where he supported the DIET and the CDEO in strengthening the district’s education system.
He participated in the NISTHA training conducted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to examine and select Key Resource Persons (KRPs) in Rajasthan.
Adarsh also worked with the Bharti Airtel Foundation under the Satya Bharti School project as a Cluster Coordinator in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, overseeing the smooth implementation of the project in six Satya Bharti Schools.
Subsequently, he served as a Team Lead for a project under the United Nations World Food Programme, which aimed to raise awareness among school-going students about nutrients and nutritional value. Adarsh believes in the philosophy of ‘Self-Change to System Change,’ guiding his efforts in driving systemic improvements through personal transformation.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University.
