Swati Gandhi, an education professional specialising in Early Language and Literacy, boasts over a decade of experience within diverse organisations across the development sector. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of the Language and Learning Foundation in Delhi. During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in actively contributing to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of numerous capacity-building programs aimed at enhancing the skills of education functionaries across various states

Prior to her tenure at Language and Learning Foundation, Swati was working for Pratham Education Foundation. During her time there, she actively participated in research endeavours focused on primary education, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in the field. She holds a Masters’ Degree from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
