Sunil is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Ccommerce from Gorakhpur University and a Master of Arts in Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University. With over 12 years of experience in primary education especially in the domain of literacy and numeracy, he has made significant contributions to instructional design, teacher professional development, leadership, program management, and research.

Sunil comprehensively understands system reform, literacy, and numeracy instructional design, and teacher professional development. In the past, he has contributed to organisations like Pratham, Room to Read India Trust, and to other organisations as a consultant.

Sunil is dedicated to staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the field, constantly expanding his knowledge and expertise.
