With 11 years of multicultural work experience, she has demonstrated her proficiency in various domains, including Climate and Sustainability, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Reproductive Health, Disability, Adolescent Empowerment, and Public Health.

Previously, Shweta has made significant contributions to renowned organisations such as Breakthrough Trust, Jan Sahas Foundation, Azad Foundation among others. Her academic background includes an M.A. in Social Work and a B.A. in German (Hons) from Delhi University.
