His career trajectory spans diverse industries, including Textiles, Software, Banking-Financial Services, and Development Sector, where he refined his expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Notably, Shankar has held pivotal roles in organisations such as Population Services International, Hand in Hand India, Habitat for Humanity India, and notable for-profits like Wipro and Belstar Microfinance.
