Shahid works as a specialist with Language and Learning Foundation, Assam. He has a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialisation in Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has experience working with multiple organisations for 5 years in the domain of education in the state of Assam. He specialises in change management and product development. In the past, he has worked with Piramal Foundation and Bharti Foundation.

Shahid believes in better life opportunities for children through social impact in the domain of education in convergence with government systems. He believes in teamwork and co-creation and always creates space for learning.
