At Sarthak and the United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP), Saurabh spearheaded ground-breaking initiatives to improve the nutritional effectiveness of Uttar Pradesh’s Mid-Day Meal Scheme.

Through pioneering strategies like Nutri-Gardens, he not only addressed nutritional needs but also fostered sustainable community development.
