She has a strong background in managing human resources for renowned corporates and organisations.Her expertise lies in procurement, interpersonal communication, counselling skills, vendor management and project implementation.

She has a strong background of leading projects by government bodies & CSR, since last 12 years she is leading various projects of organisations like- Panasonic Life Salutations India, Amity Education Services, NIIT Foundation and NIIT Yuva Jyoti. . Payal holds a Master degree of Social Work (MSW).
