Currently serving as a Manager- Fundraising and Partnerships at the Language and Learning Foundation (LLF), Pallavi manages government projects, fundraising initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts. She leverages her expertise in grant/proposal writing to secure funding for critical educational initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships to advance the organisation’s mission of promoting literacy and numeracy in primary education amongst marginalised communities.
In her previous roles, Pallavi demonstrated her proficiency in project management, event coordination, and fundraising. At the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Pratham Education Foundation, she successfully managed various initiatives, such as the G20 YEA and B20, and contributed to the organisational goals. Academically, Pallavi holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Sociology from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. Her academic background has equipped her with a deep understanding of social issues and research methodologies, enhancing her ability to drive meaningful change in her professional endeavours.
In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Pallavi has a passion for outdoor activities, including hiking, swimming, marathons and mountaineering. She recently completed a Basic Mountaineering Course at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, further enriching her adventurous spirit and love for exploration. Pallavi finds solace and inspiration in nature, capturing moments through photography and delving into literature and philosophy for personal enrichment.
