As Language & Learning Foundation’s MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning)-Advisor, Azhad is responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluations plans, strategies and activities for the various projects and activities. He also has a key role to ensure systematic reporting that depicts accountability of results for various projects implemented by LLF.
Prior to joining the LLF, he has worked with Equalize Health, American India Foundation, ICCO-Cooperation & Aanchal Charitable Trust where he worked extensively on Education, Maternal & Child Health, Food & Nutrition Security and Livelihood domains focused at the South Asia region. He has worked on different stages of the program cycle, including review of project proposals and designing of project framework using the LFA (Logical framework analysis) and ToC (Theory of Change) tools. He has in-depth experience of integrating technologies in existing monitoring and evaluation processes.
Azhad is an undergraduate from Jamia Millia Islamia and has a post-graduate degree in MSW. He also holds a P.G. Diploma in International Human Rights from ISIL, Delhi.
He likes travelling and exploring new cultures and local cuisines. He is a theatre artist and has performed in many social cause-oriented street plays.
