Umashankar has vast experience working closely with education departments of various states such as Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh. He has worked with American India Foundation, Sri Aurobindo Society and ICICI Bank Limited in the past. With a passion for making classroom teaching and learning practices engaging and enjoyable, he excels in curriculum development, teacher training, and program monitoring.

Uma Shankar is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Management, from Pondicherry University.
